[A letter to the Arena.] (DM)

Salutations,

I would like to investigate making use of the facilities of the Arena of the Well for Athletic Clubs oriented to our recent influx of Banafsi refugees. They are a sporting people by nature and must be given proper training to stay fit and productive if they are to return home. We have the approval of the Fourth and their personnel to administer these Clubs.

Additionally, to raise awareness of the great value of sport, I write to inquire about organizing an extraordinary session of the Palette Games, to advertise these clubs and to help give the frustrated, tense sections of the city a little catharsis.
