I have attached a list containing all I have personal record of in circulation, though I am sorry to say it is more sparse than I'd prefer.

For a more complete list please contact License Administrator Maddicus Abalom, who through his dutiful service before even my arrival at the well was granted the privileges of private files so long as he reports to the Chief Scribe.

Indeed, you may have to take some efforts to convince him to no longer dispense the licences himself, as his recent brush with death has left him most content with things remaining familiar. It has of course been requested, but his seniority and earned respect makes him a near equal to my own authority.

I do hope the near unanimous public outcry over an arm of the accord yet further reaching out to seize control of what the others may or may not do, rather than a un-accorded neutral body that surely must exist, does not dampen your excitement at taking on this duty.

Please remember to see all payments for the licences sent to the Scribes so we can issue the proper documents, as has been done for Divination licences. It has been so long since we had to provide any to the tower we feared they might forget how the system works,for licences are taxed and so the pyramid must still have it's due.

P.S. That's twice recently the jabs of the Apothars have drawn genuine laughter from me. This is closer to the quality of barbs I expect, not so blunt as your usual efforts, but you could perhaps benefit from studying under Apothar Azimi a little longer. Keep up the good work.
