Favor Wage for Janissaries

Owing to the fact our patrol is once per reset (which is like a 3-day duration) and that Bounty Hunting is difficult unless you're camping spawns and waiting on the notifications, it would be really nice to get a minor favor wage.

Even if it's just 2 for soldier and up, it'd be great.

Everything valuable in our shop costs a minimum of 300+, so at bare minimum that's going to be multiple weeks of doing your patrol every single time it's available.
