Alas, you'll have to be more specific as to your concerns. My desires are many, as the heart of a Balladeer is always full to the brim with the love of life and of his friends. And my schedule, most sadly, is always full of endless work. The fact that most people seem under the assumption that they must be updated in personal and individual meetings doesn't do much to free my hours.

I'm sure I shall find the time to accomodate you, so that you can express to me what exactly you wish to be involved in, and how I may help. Obviously, if it is within my power, I shall be happy to oblige - as I ever am with our kind brothers and sisters under the Rose.

However, I would also like to offer a brief request. Narwen told me she asked somethings of you, and you told her you'd rather speak with me directly. I would ask you that you cooperate with other Balladeers, too, and answer their questions with the same kind and friendly honesty you would always have with me. I am trying to delegate, you see? Lest I wither...

Developments abound, and time may come to sign a little piece of paper between friends. Perhaps a meeting, when you can? I shall bring wine to toast to the friendship of the Petals.

Unrelated but equally important: I also wished to thank you for caring so tenderly for Narwen. While we may all have different opinions on the ideal route that circumstances may force us to take, it is certainly clear we all have her well-being in mind. In the interest of facilitating your work, I have taken the liberty of adding within this package the collated intelligence on the matter. Please, feel free to share it with your colleagues.

My only caution: If you choose to convey this to the reclutas, please make sure they, and particularly Bootpolisher, are aware that this information ought to be kept confidential, and only shared within the Rose. I would be quite dissapointed if I learn he's taken the liberty of sharing some pieces of my little gossip with the Tower.
