Banda Rossa,

 While we discuss contracts, plots, plans and future laws, there is still a question of greater scope. I understand you are a mercenary company, but I would wish to hear whether you have any matters you need to have addressed, certain plans or ideas you would wish to see fulfilled? Most of the time I hear word of contracts, but I can presume there is more to the life of the Banda Rossa than just contracts, gold and work. There is preparation, there is training, and I presume other activities as well.

 So write to me, if there are points you would wish discussed, you are of the Accord, and my ears are open to you.
