More Meats Available?

I can see why this would understandably be low on the totem pole, but I thought I'd make the suggestion anyhow. There are much less 'carvable' beasts and animals in the Underdark for the purposes of harvesting meat- as opposed to wolves, boars, leopards, panthers, great lizards, deer and bears in Efu:a/m, we have lizards and bears in Efu:r, with rothe as a hard-to-find, highly valued commodity by many. Rather than leaving more corpses to clutter the server, perhaps other animals/beasts could leave behind items such as raw animal meat, raw humanoid meat and the like for the purposes of those who choose to specialize in Cooking?

It's not too difficult to find ingredients if you actually go out and look, but meat seems to be a bit more scarce to reliably find.

I vote for hook horror, beholder, mephisto, kobold and other exotic meats to be possible.

And also, for the venomous creatures to have harvestable glands

Actually, what granny said is a great suggestion!

Being forced to feast on those horrible, twisted creatures .. having some side-effects to it as well, i.e. growing tentacles, eye-stalks, becoming cursed, poisoned, level drained, enthralled, have umber hulk babies grow in one's stomach..  and all sorts of fun, horrid shenanigans! Pretty cool!

Currently, it's more like - 'i just need some sort of food in my inventory, whatever it is'.

Would be a lot of work to implement probably, but...

For instance, kobold meat is generally very bad and makes anyone who eats it sick. :P Kobolds themselves have actually been known, on the rare occasion they lay siege on an enemy, to starve them of any source of food except kobold corpses in order to force them to eat kobold, knowing full well it'll drastically weaken them :) Hard to fight when you can't stop vomiting.
