As Martin lost the key and I do not have access yet, perhaps such a format can be sent to each league office for proposals to come? That the Voiced may see such paperwork filed ahead of time to ease matters.

the situation with Martin is most unfortunate. I would make a statement on what he should do with himself, but such would be crude and not fit for such fine paper.

As for your suggestion... You learn very quickly. The format is clear and succinct, and has the usual niceties that the folk of the Well expect. I shall let Deputy Chief Scribe Aaisha take a look at it, to get her opinion on it. Unless, of course, a miracle happens before I see her next. If Martin stirs, and actually performs his duties as he is expected to do, you should submit the format amongst the files for her to see.
