Dear Zenithars of the Astronomers of Q'tolip

Can I ask for a simple explanation of why Apothar Mae Stern and some stutering buffoon both recommend exile for a violent maniac baring the mark of the Wyrm? I would like to add he bore the same mark as the man who according to our reports vandalized your shade. The amount of sympathy expressed for depraved men and women who would submit themselves to the Sibilants is disturbing and I would expect academics to be the most opposed to giving them the mother's mercy.

I further feel the need to mention that I saw a certain total and complete stuttering moron wearing the robes of an Apothar sitting at the trial as the advocate for this Orentid bandit who later turned out to be a Wyrm cultist. Very odd that after this trial he later advocated for further clemency for this man he defended upon finding out he was a wyrm cultist. The disgraceful actions of and dishonor of your apothars was noted in the files of the fourth legion.
