I want that new law thats banning the House of Baharu overturned and quick.

Whats the cost?

Dearest Captain,

The law may not be overturned, but exceptions are possible.  There is precedence, set by Marcellus for this - For those who are of benefit to the Citadel.  He and I are in agreement on this matter when we discussed.  We are inclined to mercy for those who were branded while still refugees and do not actively serve the coven.   

I am of the mind that Goldie is one such person, having performed many services to the well and being part of a Ministry founded and formed by Marcellus. You may present this to the Fourth as my recommendation for lenience and forgiveness, if they continue to give her trouble.

If there is evidence that she is still serving and aiding the coven, that complicates things.

Dear Captain,

Time has been unkind to us, and we have not been able to speak. I hear much has happened these past few days, and several have died.  Hamza is the name being whispered to me, and you yourself spoke of turbulence below being the reason the Crows were uprooting.

My question to you is simple and blunt, but not meant to be taken as an insult. Is this rising orentid loyalist, this "Hamza" a threat your Crows cannot manage?
