CONTRACT OF REIMBURSEMENT TRANSFER


This Contract shall define the Terms of Agreement Between Qari Alriyh, Hereafter referred to as the Signatory, and the Office of Reimbursed Charity

The Signatory shall take on in whole all remaining reimbursement currently owed under the contract with Amenya Graen, and with it all responsibilities and concequences for failure of repayment outlined therein.
The Signatory shall be held to the same Schedule of repayment, with one week's leave or repayment granted before the next reimbursement is due.
The Signatory shall hold the option to offer the Reimbursement in the form of a Service, discussed verbally between the Signatory and the Representative of the Office of Reimbursed Charity. The Represenative shall in all matters of failed repayment be considered the final arbiter in whether this service was provided to a degree to cover the full value of the reimbursement.

By Signing this contract, the Signatory recognizes and accepts all Recognitions, Permissions and Waivings of rights as the Recepient of Reimbursed Charity as laid out in the Contract with Amenya Graen, in the full understanding that all such concequences for violations of contract now rest upon the signatory in such case that a violation should take place and that a violation of this contract shall itself be considered a violation triggering the concequences laid out in the contract with Amenya Graen.
