It is, unfortunately, well beyond my capacity to gain the required reagents, following my exile in Ephia's Well. I have no intention of sending mercenaries to collect them either.

This project has also, unfortunately, fallen lower on my priority list. My interest in igniting the spark was born out of a want to be of more use to my companions and friends in the field. To better tend to the Citadel's needs with an asset I denied myself long ago from a road not taken, following the end to my career in politics. This is a moot point when I'm on the other side of the world.

I'll still offer myself to your project. I'll even shell away some dinars to help you with expenses or reimburse you for the trouble.

As it stands, however, especially with the required vials you listed, this request is impossible for me to satisfy on my own.
