Dear Arch-Priestess Mari,
I hope that Dream suits your plans and brings you joy. When we last spoke, I spoke of certain signs coming to the Well, of dangers coming against us, and of filthy heresies spreading among the Sands.

It is time to act against them. It is in this case that I write to you, for I know that your influence is great and your piety even greater. As a follower of the Mother, my soul is torn with pain every time a human falls victim to the evil and wrath of the Pra'raj, even as the likes of A.D. - may his name be forgotten and burned away - wreak further havoc on our world. I wish to write to you to propose a call against these creatures and filth with myself and others of the Well - including, I hope, more Priests of the Wheel.

I have formulated a plan to create something that will be able to combat the influence of these creatures and cultists, to find them and purge them from this world while we still have a world to protect. To create an Egida against it as what they have already done to the Well is unacceptable, and I think we both agree on that. I have already contacted a number of others and I would like to meet with you to discuss this - and then, if you agree, to come with us to the Legate and present our solution - one that will make the Well a centre for combating such influence, giving it glory and honour, and possibly elevating us all.
