Dear Apothars,
I hope this letter finds you both in good health and spirits. I know that this election weighs on many people, but I write to you with a proposal most curious for the safety of the Well, even for those who come after us.

As you both know, in recent months we have fallen victim to cults and evil spirits in the most terrible ways, costing us people dear to our hearts, organisations and the Wheel as a whole. Good people who shouldn't suffer because of fools like A.D, may his name be forgotten and burned, or anyone else foolish enough to Brook, or whatever other foul deeds that corrupt this poor dying world we live in. So I ask you both to meet with me so that we can discuss this matter in person - for my plans are safer if we discuss them in this way - and then, if you both agree, to go with me and other individuals I believe fit the requirements to meet with the Legate to propose it to him.
