But so too does Sol Auk not begrudge you the labor. If it is your path to build for him a tomb to be at last done with his centuries of labor for such concession then it shall be so.

Neither have had much headway undertaken by the Janissary but Diakos' is a murder in the vein of your practice and Legate Zarat's abdication ensured they had a multiple-week head start over any trace of a trail during interregnum. Diakos has friends in many places, if Alkab holds not what you seek it possible another Free City has taken to offer him refuge. Zarat is said to be an Archaeologist without peer, so proudly telling any and all who would listen. Presumably she has gone to ground in a place of little traffic known by few save the most ardent Archaeologist, if she yet draws breath. Considerable headway on behalf of either undertaken, taken to the Consulate adjacent the Sewer Entrance near the souk, may be enough.
