Esteemed Scribe, Please read the following letter to the Legate.

I wish to book a meeting with you at your convinience, as I have now fulfiled the final requirements and am ready to accept your offer in full.

As I am no longer a Scribe simply catching you when you have time free without paying the 300 dinar unscheduled appointment fee now seems rude. And so I will do this through the proper means.
