I write to you in the hopes or aranging an in person meeting.

I have heard of the many hardships you and yours have faced in your efforts to keep the well secure, and you have my deepest sympathies.
It is my hope that we can arange and ensure a cordial and mutally beneficial relationship between our Sultan's fine Janissary, and the Scribes of the Sublime Garden.
I have a proposal I would put to you, that with your expert consideration and advisement may aid in recovering and maintaining a level of stability in these turbulent times.
