Dear Your Royal Highness Princess Faziima

I have seen you about at official events you truly  are the pearl of the dessert. I am a Nadiri of the astronomers of Q'tolip. We remain ever loyal to your father. Our ward The shade has saved his satrapy during the unfortunate events preventing great losses in life and property in spite of internal sabotage. We personally responded to all the attacks by Wyrm cultists even to the assualt of the steele of law. Shortly after a Melek invasion the so called knights of the Cinquifoil Rose heard the demands of an agent of the same cult who tried to utterly destroy the city. He offered them the well in exchange for their treachery to your father. Rather than hear these demands I personally chose to act with patriotism and true honor using auld magics to incinerate and utterly destroy this agent of treachery. The response of these so called knights was to then assualt me for doing such. I write to you as a loyal subject in regards to two matters of importance to the Sultanate.

1.  The Astronomers of Q'tolip  cordially invite you as an honored guest to our tower to see our works and show you how we can further show our value to your father. You would be able to personally meet our Zenithars and even the high Zenithar Q'tolip himself. It is our hope you will be able to see the amazing contributions we not only make to Ephia's Well but can also make to Baz'eel itself.

2. It has been some time since the last allotment or an Assembly has met. The recent set backs of making the necesarry repairs and further strains on maintence has greatly lowered our coffers. I cannot speak for the coffers of the sublime Garden or the fourth legion. It is my hope that  a meeting in regards to allotments can be held.
