Give light hammers wizard proficiency

The change to light hammers from martial to simple is good, allowing more characters to portray them as tools rather than weapons.

But why not wizards too? They do not get simple weapon proficiency, they instead have "wizard" proficiency. Let wizards have their engineering tools too!

That should include rogues as well. Most iconic class for engineers, and they get the rogue weapon proficiency.
