Throughout Ephia's Well, freshly-printed posters are glued wall to wall by a pair of figures - the smell of wet ink and disinfectant drifting on the dry air. A single emerald green stamp stands out boldly on each of them.

A sign of something grand rising in Ephia's Well, or just another doomed outfit? ...Who can say for certain.

A sending that echoed through the Well not long ago...

The sound of a stool scraping across the floor, then an awkward pause. ...-Greetings one and all! This is Doctor Annabelle Pynewaife speaking for the Doctors of Ephia's Covenant. In this age of ash and blood, it has never been more important to support one-another.

People still suffer in their bodies, but why should they? No-one need be burdened by poor health. No Voiced nor Voiceless shackled by illness, injury, curse, or rare condition. We can help them. We can help -you-! The Doctors of Ephia's Covenant are dedicated to solving this problem.

...Which is why I announce, with great pleasure, that we will be holding a grand event in four days time before the Temple of B'aara in the Souk. We shall host a -flash clinic- for those in need of diagnosis and treatment, on the spot. All of your medical problems, common or unusual, -can- be treated!

We will also be giving away a -huge- amount of Water and supplies to those that need it! For those that wish to show their support, there will be games with a chance to win a grand prize; blurring paints not least! Donations of water and medicine will be accepted gratefully.

Last but not least, this is your chance to make your mark on the Well. There will be a box where you can deposit your suggestions for the city, which shall be brought up in Assembly by the newly-Voiced Doctor Pynewaife. Come and join us, friends of the Well, and meet the Doctors of Ephia's Covenant!

Again, before the Temple of B'aara in the Souk, four days from now. Let's make a true difference here! ...I'll see you there. A sigh of relief, the shuffling of papers, and then the message cuts of abruptly.

A bustle in the Souk, as the Ephia's Covenant host their charity event, at the foot of the steps to the Temple. Many phials of water are donated, and a great line of onlookers and participants in their games can be seen.

Word spreads that Legate Azadeh Zarat herself attended the charity event, if only for a moment; there she donated three ancient phials, recovered by her own hands from an archaeological dig site, some years ago. She praised the work of the Covenant, and inspired further donation...

The charity event comes to a close, and the members of Ephia's Covenant then take the remaining waters out to the needy throughout the Well, those truly downtrodden, and in bad shape.

That warm, late afternoon, after a frantic burst of charitable spirit from the people of Ephia's Well... Doctor Izban Akshan's voice rang out loud and clear to announce the results of the charity drive.

A big thanks to those who participated in the event today! Many of the sick have already gained the waters, and waters are still being given out to those in need as we speak... Seek a doctor of Ephia's Covenant to recieve waters!

In total, around THREE HUNDRED vials of waters of varying qualities were donated. A mind-blowing amount. I will now read out the names of the most significant donors to the event... Remembert their geneoristy well.

Firstly, our most honorable donor was none other than Legate Zarat herself, donating three vials of the most incredible, ancient and aged water I have ever laid my eyes upon... Many on death's door were revived because of this.

Our next largest donors... Arthur, who obtained a total of 51 tickets. Calador, with 41 tickets. Wajeeb, with 24 tickets and FIVE BLUR potions and other significant donations.

More notable donors, we have Aurora with 17 tickets, Leopold with 16 tickets, and Kyana with 14 tickets... Agarly with 10 tickets, the generous Leiah with 8 tickets and Uncle Nin with 7 tickets.

And of course our other recorded donors: Alejandro, Oria and Chrissa all with 6 tickets! Sallaru, 5 tickets, Dusty with 3 tickets (who did not even ask for a prize!) And Leif, with 2 tickets.

Our final message from Ephia's Covenant: Refugees or voiceless, or those down on your luck, seek us to replenish your waters. To all, we offer medical advice and check-ups for even the most BIZARRE afflictions.
