Secondary Intimidate

My character Minerva Nirax of the same login isn't getting the +2 bonus for 10 secondary intimidate. I did the whole rest, reload class perks, relog, transition, and wait for server reset to repeat it all. She only has what is given from charisma modifier and equipment. She does not have any cross-class skill points in the Intimidate skill though, which is largely why it is being taken as a secondary skill with primary being less available, so maybe that is a factor. Can't say I actually tried the old Secondary Diplomacy without skill ranks manually added also so not sure if it is doing like Jump where it won't add if you don't have base ranks already.

Having the same issue.  I tried all the things, relog/sleep/zone/reset and still nothing.

I just tested ten seconds ago with a random char I made.

He had readily some persuade, 0 bluff and 0 intimidate.

I put in points to all of the social skills, and all gave me +2 points for 10 efuss points. This required a relog, but it definitely did work.

Are you absolutely, absolutely sure you do not have your +2 if you got 10 points?

It has reset twice since, I've rested twice, and relogged at least 5 times.  I took off all gear too.  I took the EFUSS skill at L4 and added 10 all at once.

Also I do indeed have 10 in secondary intimidate.

It might fail to apply if one doesn't immediately log out and in to apply the changes, then levels up. I can recall accidentally scrambling subrace modifiers by sprinting out the door and reaching level three before my first disconnect.
