[Report] Assault in the Gutters *Sent to Quentin Scarbork*

Gutters, just below Hasheemas Hope, near the large gate to the lower levels

Crime:
Assault and attempted robbery

Details:
Victim was attacked by four bandits, one which he can't remember any details about but the others details below.

Leader:
Dwarf with an axe or hammer, in heavier armour and a shield. Wore a tusked helmet.

Others:
Another dwarf wearing dark armour, possibly blue. Definitely wasn't wearing rags.

A human manling mage, was using blurring magics so hard to see much about his appearance. He tried to use some fearing magics and was enspelling his bandit allies.

The bandits didn't capture him, he managed to escape. Told him to come to us if he sees them again.
