Death Domain doesn't give Phantasmal Killer

According to the wiki Death domain should give Phantasmal Killer at level 4. It currently does not.

Probably better to give a different spell anyway that isn't an illusion of death though.

Odd! Yes does seem the wiki is wrong as I am getting Death Ward at level 3 as indicated in the google doc. Oh well!
