recharge magical stuff ?

I saw that many magical itens not vanhish when empty of charges, maybe now we can have a way of recharge it ? Like a service ou a gem ?

There is some powerful loot out there that only have a number of charges for a reason.

We had something similar available for a common healing item on EFU, but I don't think we'd be looking at a way to regain charges for all items.

I think negative energy discharging wands of spells 1-2 and wounding wands should probably have a recharge or something.  They are really too expensive to use now and it might be cool to have some sort of negative energy seller.

For what it's worth, i'm against this kind of suggestion which puts more item creation into the item-palette, when pcs (mages, sorcerers or clerics) can supply the said items.
