Spymaster Rogue Perk

Let's face it.  The perk is not that great for a level 8 rogue perk.  I had some ideas.

First off it uses the polymorph system / shape change system and has VERY limited forms.  It's useless.

My idea was this:

When you take the perk it spawns say maybe 3 rings.  You can use these rings to set up a persona, aka 'A Noble' or perhaps even a character name 'John Smith'.  When you put the ring on it will change your name akin to the knave/druid system.  Now you can change your clothing and become this new persona and live a double spy life infiltrating or whatnot.

Yes I know this still has some limitations sady.  I also think for a level 8 perk where you are dedicating your PC to spying it's worth the boon that normally has come with apps or factions.
