Free Finesse for rogues

EFU tends to have a lot of strength and full plate pure rogues which are strange to me, I'd love to see either:

a) A class feature that requires being Pure
    or
b) A 4/6 perk that just gives you Weapon Finesse

I'd like to see it as more of a 6 pure rogue levels = Weapon Finesse, yeah. Like the Evasion restriction etc.

Giving weapon finesse for free to rogues at level 5 would be nice. It would be high enough level to not give benefit to the already powerful rogue/fighter build but favor pure rogues and unconventional rogue multiclasses.

I'd be fine with this. Because it'd result in paying a cost (staying pure OR choosing it as a perk).

Giving weapon finesse for free to rogues at level 5 would be nice.

I am not fine with this, because it's free. I guarantee you someone will find a way to abuse this.

If we think of the "value" of a feat, rogues get Shield Proficiency as a Rogue minor perk, at level 4. Weapon Finesse can be a rogue minor perk to be taken at 4 or 6.

Yeah but a Rogue using a shield is kind of a deviation from the traditional "Rogue" vibe.

A Rogue being graceful and nimble and having the innate ability for certain small weapons, is way more believable as a Class Standard matter.

It'd be like if Barbarians had to take a Feat to be good at Greataxes lol.

Dex will still be comparatively bad to strength for melee even if this feat is free.

If this was done at all I would make it a pure rogue only bonus granted at level 3 and removed if you multi-class into anything but a prestige class.

Oh, this way it'll help dex rogues from the beginning, but cannot be abused. I like this idea very much.
