There is currently a measure in place to prevent the ranger movement speed bonus from stacking with barbarians and monks.

However, druids also receive extra speed in the wilderness, and many quadripedal druid forms receive Barbarian Fast Movement to represent that they are faster than humans.

Druids also receive more bonus speed than rangers do, but receive the same penalty (all bonuses are removed) if they transition into a wilderness area while possessing the Barbarian Fast Movement feat.

This means that, paradoxically, a druid moves slower when he is a horse than when he is a human.

The druidic movement speed bonus applies correctly (if capriciously) if you transition or log into an area before shapeshifting into a form that has Barbarian Fast Movement.

That is, of course, not a tenable solution to the bug.

The bug is also reported to apply to subraces that receive Barbarian Fast Movement, such as the Ghylherd and Mongrelfolk, and to certain pieces of DM loot.

It would probably be a tidy solution to link the loss of EFU's druid/ranger wilderness speed bonus to barbarian levels instead of to the specific feat.

Can confirm, tested.

Makes the perks of bonus speed kind of pointless.

While Ranger/Druid speed bonus stacking might be a bit cheesy, I really feel it shouldn't affect Barbarian Fast Movement, especially that some of the shapes (or subraces) as Stranger pointed out have Barb Fast Movement as a perk.
