"Fake" yields in the Groat Arena

Hello, so I came across this bug twice. First when fighting Gespin (?) the amateur fighter, and then when fighting Baron Brackdude. I knocked both of them down to 0HP, the "I yield!" message came up, and then they got back up to keep fighting. This wasn't an issue with Gespin because he's pretty weak, but Brackfield straight up critted me and knocked me down. Here's a screenshot:
