Full copy of the widely known Clocktower Accords and laws

The Accords are reference on the Laws, and in Unification Hall about taxes. But I can't find a full copy anywhere convenient. Can we get a copy of that and the Laws of Ticker on the forums, where we can read them when creating a new Ticker character? Rather than having to do a treasure hunt around the module and forums to work out how to form a guild/pay taxes/evade taxes/dob in criminals/do crimes.

Or at least all the articles that are public somewhere on the module and/or forums.

DMs have said the full articles are only made available to the members of Parliament.

That's why I said the Widely Known ones.
I get that they want some wiggle room to make up new ones, but there are like 4-5 scattered around the module. It would be much more convenient if the ones that were known to PCs are in a location where players can just check them.
