Set Spawnpoint for Non-Clerics in Shrine of the 9 Face God

The spawnpoint option the High Numerologist offers at the Shrine of the Nine Faced God in the Ring 99 Interiors allows clerics to spawn in the shrine after reset, but the option didn't appear for a recently converted fighter PC. It would be nice to have the spawn point be open to anyone with The Nine Faced God in their deity field to coordinate better with religious PCs operating out of the shrine
