Brandon has been squatting in the Abandoned Sunpurse Manor for weeks now, while better characters tiptoe around ghostrumours and skeptically wager on his chances for survival. While scripted associations, player groups, and actual factions pursue actual goals and interact in dynamic ways, Brandon has gone fishing and practiced cooking. He has no goals, and it's freaking fantastic.

How have you let me get away with this? We're past the point of funny and well into weird. In any other time in EfU history, this prime real estate would have been snatched at swordpoint. I can only assume you're all fine with this and want me to keep going. So I will:

Join my restaurant.

I am inviting anyone who wants to take it easy to come play a waiter, a cook, a bouncer, a hunter, a fisherman, an outcast, a bandit, a beggar, or a food critic and move into my unearned private mansion.

Application: Not Required. If you live in the Ponds for a while, I will find you and shove a key into your hand.
Recommended Alignment: Any, however dirty PCs will have an easier time.

You can pursue the nothing of sitting next to a digital pond and dipping your digital digits in the digital water.

You can harass my character to "make something of himself".

You can refute conflict and achievement as the primary aspects of play, and embrace Abnegation.

You can hang out for a week between real concepts if you still want to log in but without the stress.

You can take a currently operating group and "rent" the space for your own purposes.

Brandon is capable of making goblins.

His methods are frighteningly mundane, but the takeaway (get it? restaurant? take away? heh heh) is that the restaurant will soon be filled with goblins.

Anybody interested in playing a Goblin, app or non-app, especially a devotee of NGOG, would be a very welcome concept.

I need waiters, fishermen, busboys, and assassins greeters. Leverage Brandon's discomfort with the concept of your existence to guilt him into protecting you from humans! Stab me in the back and take the Manor for all goblin-kind! Or genuinely just play a cute goblin waiter in a little suit.

It may also be possible for a goblin to learn the secret of making their own goblins, which would certainly honor and praise NGOG.
