Favored Enemy bonuses

It appears that at least the Favored Enemy bonus for Half-Elf which states in documentation that it grants +1 AB and +1 Damage to elves, only gives +1 magic damage against them. It did not appear in the character sheet, but sometimes things do not there, so I tested it out against an elf. There was no change to my AB in my combat log, it was the same as by modified AB against all enemies.

Have not tested this with other Favored Enemy bonuses that do the same effect (there are several), but they might not be working as documented either.
