Advanced herbalism lab appearance rate increase

Hello,

I would like to suggest (based on my personal experience) that the rate of appearance for Herbalism tables (+10 and +20 varriants) be increased.
I feel Alchemy and Tinkering are currently in a good place with Alchemy being the most frequent.
