Items Vanishing Randomly from Inventory

Can we make a list of things that randomly just seem to vanish atm.
So far the things I know of are:

Packed Healing Kits
Shovel

Yeah related post about lightly packed healing kit here Haven't noticed anything else vanishing as of yet though.

Question: have you been dropping items due to a full inventory? WE has this issue where it will drop items if your inventory becomes full and they will just disappear sometimes

Nah there was loads of space in my inventory at least. 4.4lbs worth of items just mysteriously vanished. Mind you I can see that happening with shields, which is why I never have a completely full inventory when using them.
