Top left is the book placeable about the history of the (unfortunate) Lords of Sunpurse in the main floor of House Sunpurse.
All the rest are from the titular Magus' shop in "Treasures of Magus Naoli Thrazulebh" in the Peerage Ward. I don't know if the references to Thay are intentional (she looks Thayan enough) considering it's possible for Thayans to get to the City or if they're left-overs from a more FR-oriented setting; most of the clothing items she sells also reference Thay, either in description or name. All of the consumable potions she has, not just the one pictured, reference the "Vraskan Tattoo Shop", which doesn't seem to be whatever that building is, despite Naoli also performing tattoos.
