Attention: Network maintenance on 2018-09-19

Sayeth the hosting overlords:

One of our upstream providers will be performing maintenance on one of its routers between 10pm EDT and 2am EDT, starting on 9/19. This maintenance may cause brief periods of connectivity loss or increased latency for some clients to your service.

INAP also tells us it will be doing an almost identical maintenance event on a different router the next night, from 10pm to 2am EDT again. The same impact may be felt from the second maintenance.

Is this still going on?  I am getting crazy lag lately that I have never had before.

Are other folks experiencing increased lag over the last week?  If so, what region are you playing from?

I've been getting lag at all, which is abnormal for me!

Lag 27-9, "Lag" being complete interruption for 5 to 10 seconds. How often? 2 to 5 times in 1 hour.
