Banditable NPC persistent corpses

So, with the banditable NPCS ( scrapper, lone traveler, scavenger, worminger) they have a variety of items. Sometimes wholly randomized and sometimes static.
One of the problems however is if PCs don't take -every item- on the NPC, the corpse creates a persistent presence for the entire server. One or two this isn't an issue but on longer uptimes this creates an almost comical menagerie of blacked out NPCs in the In Between and other areas.

And with the corpses staying persistent it stops other NPC spawns from appearing. So for instance (Current uptime, (19:02) there's around 5 or 6 NPC corpses just hanging out and none of the other NPC spawns appearing due to the corpses being in these locations.
Wasn't sure if it was a bug or a feature but felt it was worth reporting as with the EE change the server uptime has reached almost on the regular 24 hours at a time short of bug updates and the In Between just becomes this sort of wasteland of NPCs haha.
