So Amelia is dead. She never broke a law, always kept her word, was pleasant and kind to everyone she ever met. Her demons were decidedly inner, she wrestled with them in private. I never instigated pvp and did not FD anyone, even when there was clear reason to.

Amelia went well out of her way to help everyone, even her enemies who she saved on more then one occasion. They always repaid her in insults and attacks. She joined the civil service with the intention of trying to make the council. She didn't. Then she joined the warders, who ignored her. Then she joined Etorix, who gave her nothing. She had one piece of dm loot which was OK, but otherwise was ignored in every plot and every way, besides the occasional beating from a random player.

So, what a triumph for good when a bunch of strangers cornered her and wordlessly fd the fuck out of her. Hurrah. They put her out of her misery at last. Oh and I almost made lvl 10. Because that is important to no one. Fucking pointless bullshit.

Hah, I saw a woman who made things move, created a House that rose and fell, helped others and was always a source of varying conflict - and thus extremely interesting - through a long life span to boot.

Looking forward to what you come up with next.

Worshiping undead dragons as gods is risky business.  Goodluck on your next!

I'd say getting the biggest bounty out of the rest is a good job! Was a neat character!

I never really met Amelia but I saw her name all over the forums. Without her I'll have nothing to read while I'm at work except RwG's stuff.
She'll be missed.
<elmo>: i have to say for me your glory days have been on EFUR RagingPurpleGiant1

What do you mean you never met Amelia?  You sold her a slave!

Howlando

I think you did a nice job with your character and am sorry you're upset. I sent you a PM.

Also, Amelia was amazing, and I am sorry to hear of her demise.  I doubt many people got to have the perspective on this character to understand how incredibly cool she was.  Due to the plethora of great antagonist characters lately, it's hard to pinpoint a best one, but I put her in my top 3.

She definitely felt like an omnipresence despite my never interacting with her on any meaningful level.  That says quite a bit about her impact.
"So what else is on your mind besides 100 proof women, 90 proof whisky, and 14 karat gold?"
"Amigo, you just wrote my epitaph."

"Maybe there's just one revolution.  The good guys against the bad guys.  The question is, who are the good guys?"

I hadn't gotten to interact with Amelia for some time, but I enjoyed the time I spent with her earlier in her PC life.   I remember particularly once when I told an aspiring knight that knights served the people, and Amelia showed instant displeasure, stating that a knight served royalty.  A fine way to portray an aristocrat.

She was a tour de force of social intrigue. Across my pcs I saw a player who was dedicated to their pc and the effort showed. I am disappointed in how she died and my condolensces go to you. I greatly look forward to your next.

Amelia was great and will be sorely missed. The unique perspective she brought and the relentless dedication to her ideals really helped shape the Etorix cult and made it very enjoyable to have you around. Vengeance!

I had the pleasure to play/interact with Amelia Florent on several different PCs and always enjoyed my time. She was a fantastic character that provided a good deal of fun to the server, and with the fact you did so much on her, I can't wait to see whatever you do next, when you do. :)
Feed me my kid cuisine meal, or I will say the F word.

if she's your girl then why does her leitmotif appear in my battle theme bro  :/

It's always interesting to see the crazy ones slowly teetering on the edge of their sanity. Sorry we couldn't interact more. Good luck in life, and good luck on the next!
