Was just thinking the sewer area bonus could probably be extended to all of lower sanctuary now, don't think most will be spending much time in the sewers, now the ooze has risen

I'm totally for this, and should also apply to Sewer Dweller barbarian (maybe change name to Ooze dweller or something)
