Rentable Storage

Small self serving suggestion, would be nice if you could rent storage out of the House of Trade if there isn't currently a prefect. Kind of amusing, maybe slightly backwards, that it actually makes it harder on up and coming merchants than it was before when you could just rent one with the OK of a civil servant.

You can't rent them to my knowledge without the help of a House of Trade prefect, as in a PC needs to currently be the Prefect of the House of Trade.

I don't see what how often they were used or how full they were has to do with anything.

I mean that I have never seen a time when there was a tenant in all of the storage rooms. I would think that there would be a line for permanent private storage. They seem to me to be really under utilized.

Well....you are not allowed to rent them anymore unless you get them from a Prefect of the House of Trade. It isn't as simple as finding a civil servant and renting them anymore. There has to be a currently residing prefect of the prefecture of the House of Trade to even be *able* to rent the storage.

You cant rent them even if there is a Prefect. The keys apparently don't work. I tried renting one when there was a Prefect, it was a no go.
