Kobold Quest

A member of our group fell down a pit that did not exists.

The location was right at the start in the small corridor leading to the first room which normally has a trap of some kind (a spike trap this time).
The player fell down a pit which lead somewhere in the middle of the quest, where the normal pits are. Spawns did not occur for him until we came close to his area.
