Permanent DM granted XP

The way I noticed it there's 2 different kinds of DM awarded XP. One's permanent (as clearly stated in the combat log) and one's regular.

Slyd Radke's gotten around  6k dm experience so far, but only 250 xp or so of that was a permanent XP.

In my personal experience permanent xp. is scarcely given out despite the fact that it was introduced for good reasons.

Here's me wondering and suggesting if it would not be for the best to make all DM xp permanent.

Xp is given for difference reasons. For example, xp I give you for overcoming mechanical difficulties i.e. killing hostiles isn't going to mean as much as xp I give you for strong roleplay and making the game fun for others.

I encourage everyone to aim for the latter.
