Enchancing Clothes

Try to enchant some robes made by Seamstress Lucy but she rejects them as not made by her (they were). I managed to get one enchantment on but cannot do a second (have on other PC's put a few enchantments so it hasn't max'd out).

I did wonder if its associated with the Spellsong -15% Arcane Casting temporary effect which is also quite buggy in not appearing and then appearing randomly.

1. Did you dye the clothes at any point?
2. The arcane spell failure property is applied to worn armor. If you do not wear the armor when resting, it is not applied.
