EfU Launcher - Doesn't add custom domain files

I've helped two guys on IRC recently with this, and they never made a bug report, so although I am not the one who experienced this, it is likely a problem all the same.

The efu launcher did not add the two files "Feat.2da" and "Domains.2da" to the local "Override" folder on their machine.  

I had them open up the Domains.2da they had in there in notepad, and look at line number 47 and tell me what it said.  They informed me, it was not the EfU custom domain "Fungus" like it should of been, but was an empty buffer one (****).  

One of three things is possibly wrong.  

*  The files are being sent to the wrong place.
*  The "Domains.2da" or/and "Feat.2da" are NOT the correct ones on EfU's side
*  The files are not being sent at all.
