Moving past surgeon ninjas, How can holding two delicate cutting instruments help you heal someone? And I'm not excempt from this, I've used two knives in the past. And it is cheesey as hell now that I think about it.

I can't seem to recall where these even drop so I can fix them. On a specific quest, from monsters of a particular type, or....?
