Can't Smoke "Magical Pipe"

Despite having a unique power to do so and a description saying you can, you can not smoke the "Magical Pipe" unless I am using it wrong somehow. You can not equip it either so I don't know how to smoke it by "holding" it.

The guilty of being CORRUPT have had their names withheld...

I have tons in my inventory!

And it doesn't let you target an item when you use it like a normal pipe so it isn't that.

I also had this problem. Finally threw away my magical pipe, even though it was prestigious to have it.
