planar binding and sequencer

Sequenced a planar binding scroll but when the sequencer was used, nothing happened. Is this a bug?

It isn't.

Planar binding can be targeted at an entity for the purpose of banishment. Hence it is not a target:self spell, and will not work in Sequencer.

A Sequencer cannot absorb offensive spells with a notable exception for Summon Creature (and blade enchantments)

Planar Binding has two modes of operation. It can be used to paralyze Outsiders as friendlyman Pentaxius points out and that is why it cannot be stored.

This would still be a bug as it is currently storing the offensive version of the spell.

It currently is stored in my sequencer. I believe it should work because summon creature works. I just think for some reason the offensive version of the spell is being used when i activate the sequencer.
