Cleric with Trade (Barter) Domain can't use Identify

The domain of Trade (Barter) is supposed to give a Cleric the ability to cast Identify. Identify is available in the level 1 spell-list, but when you drag it to your slot, to then rest and cast it, it won't stay.

Identify is the only spell that does this to me. Everything else works like it should, so I suppose Identify is bugged.
