NEW lair type

I was thinking (if it doesn't already exist) but it would be neat to have a barbarian camp type lair so that people could form barbarian tribes or be some power sorcerer/wizard and have barbarian minions (PC and NPC?).

While I can appreacite suggestions, this seems bit less meaningful. We got caves. We got plenty of such areas that can already be spawned at. Nothing stops folks from claiming those spots and creating a tribe.

Only difference is couple mechanics that really don't make it any real different, and potential NPC's. Which really should not be taken for granted. Very possible that something could happen if some group actually take long term claim successfully of some place.
