Default summon theme Summon 3 needs a boost

The current summon 3 for the default summoning theme has less than half the hp of the summon 1, and no survivability otherwise whatsoever while in no way compensating for this weakness.

I think it might need to be looked into.

Power in the default theme fluctuates. Some are good, others are ohgodwhy terrible. I think it's fine as it is, having seen the higher tiers of the theme.

again and again this comes up, i think the dms have said they dont want summons strong as they arent meant to be the second choice to pc frontliners

On the contrary the summon was bugged, thanks for the report - should be fixed next version.
