Whenever a DM could get around to it (understanding how busy everyone is at the moment...), maybe the scripting for this perk could be re-adjusted to work in Sanctuary instead of Mistlocke?

This was addressed two hours prior to the suggestion post. Two old perks have been disabled, they'll work for those still having them from efu:m. Some area situational or setting related perks are in need of adjustment. Otherwise most should be fine.
